Put an assumption in my ask. I’ll confirm or dispute it. I’m not gonna be mean or anything, I’m just very interested.
Oh, also, since I told the friends that were with me when this happened that I’d tell the internet about this…
Almost got into another car accident. I was at the mall, trying to find parking, and I was gonna drive into a parking garage, but I had to stop because there was a guy that was stopped in front of me. Okay, no problem, he’s waiting for another car to pull out so he can take the spot, so I just wait until that happens so I can keep going and find me a spot. But out of nowhere, motherfucker decided to back up WITHOUT GIVING ME ANY WARNING WHATSOEVER. It took me a while to process what was going on, and my friends were all kind of baffled too. Eventually, I managed to will my hands to switch from drive to reverse as well as slam into the horn a little, so they knew I WAS RIGHT BEHIND THEM.
But no, they stopped suddenly AND THEN DECIDE TO BACK UP AGAIN. OH MY GOD. I WAS SO TERRIFIED FOR MY LIFE. AND I DIDN’T KNOW IF THERE WERE CARS BEHIND ME OR NOT (thankfully there weren’t) SO I COULDN’T JUST BACK THE FUCK UP LIKE BITCH WAS TRYING TO DO WITH ME RIGHT BEHIND THEM.
I eventually backed up far enough for me to turn and go into another lane of the parking garage.
Fucking. Hell.
Best part was there was a family that was just staring horrified at the stupidity that was going on…
![“Lee wasn’t working that day, so he was just lounging. He’s 6’4”, so he’s a lot of boy, and he was wearing cowboy boots. I was kind of staring at him, because he painted such a picture, and the director came over, and I was completely in this land of admiring Lee. And Bharat [Nalluri] goes over and tells him, ‘Can you leave the set? Amy’s distracted by your masculinity.’ I was so mortified. But he’s so much fun, too. He’s got such a zest for life. He’s a really good actor. So that’s my gush about Lee Pace. I hope I’m not blushing.” -Amy Adams, on the set of Miss Pettigrew](http://25.media.tumblr.com/efc4fbb19b7d490b1ac7e5c69d37643d/tumblr_mgt5620OLz1r7apewo1_500.png)
